Candidates will meet in our training centre in central London at 09:45 for coffee and getting to know each other. The first lesson will cover First Aid training following the 'Save a Life Child and Baby' program. The outline of this is:-
The 2 part course (stages 1 and 2) focus on baby and child basic life support and medical illness conditions.
The course has been divided into two x 3 hours sessions - stage 1 and 2
Successful completion of the course gives a British Red Cross certifictae in 'Save a Life Child and Baby Stage 1 and Stage 2 Certificate' that is valid for 3 years.

This part of our training looks at the way of life in the UK and some of the typical things that au pairs may find different or unique here. The session will be more informal, participative and cover annual events and rituals, superstitions, manners, customs, sayings and expressions
We will have a group meal at the training centre and thencandidates will have time to go to their accommodation and change for an evening out in London
This part of our program cover all the risks associated with the home, to be aware of each and how to minimise them.
We give a 90 minute talk on food fygiene and best practices. We also provide each candidate with a pack of 10 recipes and talk through each of the basic recipes.
