We prefer interviewing our candidates face to face because in this way we get to know you better, gain a better feel for you as a person and can make better recommendations for our families. At the interview, you will:
We will let you know before the interview about the required documents so that you will be able to bring them with you and avoid sending them later by email or by post.
After checking all your documents, if we decide you are suitable, the next step will be to send you profiles of families that we think would be suitable for you. If both of you like each other, we organise you to receive a phone call from the family - you will be able to ask them questions directly and, sometimes, talk with the children.
This is the last step of the registration process. If both parties are happy with each other, the familly will send you a letter of invitation. We will help you find the best flights and we'll send you useful advice about what to bring with you in the UK.
We can usually guarantee a quick placement for all our candidates. However, the amount of time depends on how quickly you prepares their profile (we need to check your references, police and medical check, etc.) So, the sooner you want to come, the faster you need to get all your documents together!
